well then it does a really crappy job lol.
Also theres a trinket that increases their drop multiplier too (based on your monthly kills for drop cap) the paid trinket does the same.
It seems crappy because it only increases the drop rate in PoD/PoH where they normally only drop in, whereas for every other plane it makes it so they actually drop, instead of not at all, at the normal PoD/PoH rate
