Bank Levels:
Each Bank Level will increase your storage capacity by 3 0's There is no cap on the level but the database does limit you to 35 digits.
Bank Security:
The higher your security the lower your chance is of your bank coming up short. If you do not login for 7+ days each day beyond that 7th day you have a chance to lose 5% of your bank. (This is so people dont just store everything in their bank to avoid thieves and never logon yet stay protected.) Each Security Level reduces your chance of your bank coming up short by 10%. So at level 1 you have a 90% chance of your bank coming up short. While at level 5 its only 50%. Level 10 Security gives you 100% protection. But good luck affording it.
