Start IA open a new tab with IA open in it, disable chat in new tab and click on that tab. Only chat in the other. You can click and have chat open at the same time. But on different windows for speedier clicking.

How is this speedier leveling????? All your doing is disabling chat, but you still in another window must click attack, then click continue slaying monsters, doesnt seem any faster to me tbh.

Some people with slower connections the chat lags them out when clicking. So they can still have chat open in the other window and read/chat. But not have to reload chat with every click.

i was able to vote at 2:15 am server time. so best guess is that apex resets at 2 am server time
