Higher Titles give better bonuses by Trinket 5+ which are based on your Title (You can not replace or change these trinkets outside the Title/Ranking system ie no purchase trinkets these trinkets are earned by reaching certain milestones in game)

Novice 3,600 Lifetime Kills - Can Use Trinkets No Longer Level Based
Initiate 85,000 Lifetime Kills - Trinket 5: Novice Cap (Lost on rank up)+5% Bonuses
Duelist 500,000 Lifetime Kills - Trinket 5: Duelist Badge (Lost on rank up)+10% Bonuses
Slayer 1,000,000 Lifetime Kills - Trinket 5: Shrunken Skull Necklace +20% Bonuses
Slayer of Champions 2,000,000 Lifetime Kills- Trinket 6: Megingjoro +30% Bonuses
Slayer of Legions 3,00,000 Lifetime Kills- Trinket 7: Legions Banner +40% Bonuses
Slayer of Nightmares 4,000,000 Lifetime Kills- Trinket 8: Nightmare in a Bottle +50% Bonuses
Immoral Slayer 7,500,000 Lifetime Kills - Trinket 9: SexyBeast's Eternal Slaughter +100% Bonuses
Sevions Thane 15,000,000 Lifetime Kills - Trinket 9: Sevion's Pw0nag3 +200% Bonuses
