Doresain mentioned that the birth stone isn't doing the 3 dust for reborns at the moment. When you have a birth stone charge a reborn costs 3 dust. Once you finished with all the charges, the dust keeper begins taking 5 dust away from you instead of the 3 if you have the birthstone
