Druid Moonfire - Sevion - 12-13-2012
Reducing moonfire to 3 ticks and allowing the druid to remove the spell for free. Allowing users to more efficiently switch farming styles or to complete the map quest faster and with the new increased drop rate from vamps would be the reduction in ticks.
