The ability to use Guild Coins to buy missing resources for upgrades.
EG. 1 for 1 trade for Crafting Stones, Enchanted Timbers, Dust, Phials and Prismatic Stones.

I could probably do this. But I would do it at a "market value" kind of thing so some would cost more guild coins than others based on what guilds are buying. I was actually working on a market value thing for transmutation a while back but ultimately just trashed the whole thing as I felt it was OP on trade-able resources. But guild resources is another story.
