chat still "bouncing", cache cleared, log out and log in again and still doing the same, Use IE

Damn, IE always causing issues. Are you using the most recent version of IE?

Sev, this should be fixed once sequence from dev is up.
There wasn't ant-cache random vals on on the enter chat reloads, should be fixed now idk
