i wud sugest when we make a hit it wud recure 1 general for each 2b army we sent wud make sence since 1 general can only train 2b army so to lead a army higher whan 2b it wud recure more generals to lead what army to war

Would increase the importance of generals a bit, and puts people with a higher general count in a more decent position.

The numbers could be tweaked a bit tho.
