Forums Update

[Sevion]

Since the old forums where outdated and updating normally broke them completely, I trashed everything about them except for the database and got the newest version and did some heavy modifications to the theme. If you see any missing images or errors do let me know.

Known Issues:
Top "New Thread" button sits a little high but any lower and it overlaps the next table.
