Support Requests
When posting support requests please do not post personal information such as password to your account. We do not need any information from you that directly identifies you to anyone outside of the Shadow Lights Entertainment team.
Example you placed a order for 1 Year Sub however you only received 30 days. We only need your username and the email used for your payment we can look up the rest, or if we need more we will contact you in a more private manor than a forum post.
The reason for this, well we don't want that weird kid that eats glue to stalk you... or worse!
