I think I would rather leave it as is. I am not to worried about how fast I skill up (yes it would be nice to skill faster) however once I can kill the last mob in PoS it would be nice to have another plane to move to.

If you make it 1mil damage reduction then I along with many others will be stuck in PoS forever and have almost no chance of making it to TT until at least Immoral Cap or much later
