Access Requirements: Completed Doc Quest.

You will also need to have completed the Ulrik's Plane of Souls quest and have Subscription days. To get the Schematic from Dullahan you will need the Legendary Set as well.

After getting all 4 Shred's you will need 2,500 Cash Credits, Shard Dust, Prismatic Stones, Enchanted Timbers, Phials of Vampire Blood to hand in to Doc (Type /npc to talk to him)

2,500 Crafting Stones, too.

All special locations and Vampire/Moonfire work. (With the Exception of the Ghost Mines as with all other zones)

Special locations will work assuming you have the Planar Phaser.
