What about a guild PM to go along with the normal login PMs, which would be set by the pres/vp. Eh?
Tell someone that you love them today, because life is short; but shout it at them in German, because life is also confusing and terrifying.

No I think what he means is a login msg displayed to only the person logging in when logging in that the Pres/VP Can set.

Example:
Guild MOTD: We need more prismatic stones for upgrades please donate them.
