Turn off "Clicking Noise" for chat refresh

Its really simple actually:

>Click Start
>Click Control Panel (Make sure you are looking at classic view at this point)


>Click Sound
>Click Sounds
>Now scroll down until your in the Windows Explorer area of sounds


>Find the sound called Start Navigation
>Change the sound for that to None

You will no longer hear any sounds from chat refreshing!
