To enter the
Immoral Ghost Mine (6, 10 Plane Of Creation) you must have the Immoral Ghost Mine Key. The quest to acquire this key is completable by anyone who has access to Plane Of Souls and Dullahan. But you may still collect the other Key Fragments from the other zones while you do not have access to those zones.
