October 16th Update Confusion

With todays update to the apex web gaming vote counter users have asked if they can still proxy vote. Ofcourse you can what that update means as far as abusing the system is proxy logging accounts to avoid certain system restraints the same rule thats always existed in game for many other things. Nothing has changed with how you may vote in any way shape or form and the counter will properly display the number of votes that have been casted at apex not the number of votes that actually went through their backend system.
